Class starts on Tuesday, May 27th from 3-4:30pm EST , and runs for 12-weeks.

To maximize learning and interaction, each session is limited to 10 professionals.

Classes are conducted via Zoom, allowing you to participate from work, home, or any quiet place suitable for engagement.

While we encourage live participation to enhance networking opportunities, sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you have a scheduling conflict

We foster a confidential environment where participants can share openly. All discussions are expected to remain within the group to maintain trust and privacy.on

Sessions are 90 minutes long, and you can expect 1–2 hours of light prep or reflection between sessions. Everything is designed to be actionable and directly tied to your real networking goals—no busywork.

This program is designed to give you personalized support within a small group setting—so you get real-time coaching from Rachel and learn from the experiences and questions of others. Many participants find that hearing others get coached helps them grow faster.
